We spent the night in Treasure Island on the beach. It was about a two hour drive from our apartment. We stopped on the way to eat lunch at Steak n' Shake. A request from Pat and Seth that we were more than happy to fulfill. Jack kept us occupied in the back.

We got to the hotel 15 min after the time we could check in, it was perfect timing. The room was nice with a full kitchen family room and two bedrooms and bathrooms. This was the view from our hotel balcony. We were right at the end so are view was just of the beach.
I popped a lasagna into the oven and we headed to the beach while it cooked. This sand castle was already built but Jack saw the moat and immediately thought race track and began racing his cars.

Seth was always in the water it was so nice and warm. Jack loved chilling with his papa in the water.
Just as we were getting ready to go in there rolled in some dark clouds so we out of the rain just in time. We had a nice dinner put Jack to bed and played Yahtzee it was enjoyable evening.
