Today we got to sleep in and it was glorious. We drove around Indiana University, so gorgeous. Then we drove a couple of miles away to Nashville, Indiana. The drive alone was incredible, there were so many trees and it was all so green, the weather was beautiful. We had lunch on a patio of a great restaurant, Jake's treat again...talk about star treatment with him. Then we walked around and looked at the shops. We left them around noon.
Today was the most beautiful driving day of the whole trip. Kentucky and Tennessee are truly beautiful states. Even the rest stops were great can you believe that this brick building is a rest stop? Jason did ALL the driving today a total of 425 miles! What a champ...he drove while I watched one tree hill on the computer. What a great guy. Tonight we are sleeping in Chattanooga, Tennessee. At dinner we heard a lot of southern accents and I got excited to hear it again. Ah you gotta love the south.
