Early Friday morning there was much to be done before we left to get the wedding location ready in Indianapolis. I ran some errands with Jake and fell in love with the drive into town from his place. It was a beautiful, cool, crisp fall morning.
These roads made me think of Jason and how he would love to ride his bike on them. It was very hilly. We have already talked about making a bike trip back to ride on those roads.
We loaded up the flowers, luggage and got the babies all set and headed out caravan style. Jack and Grace had to be together so they went with Nana and Pepi and I got to ride with Cami TJ and Cooper. It felt like old times being with Cami and TJ and it was great to catch up.
Then we arrived at the wedding location Laurel Hall and oh my was it beautiful. Meredith made the comment that it was like Hogwarts and it is true it had that enchanted castle like feel. With the deep wood all around inside and the stained glass windows. Just so many beautiful details.

Everyone got down to getting the place ready. Setting the tables, doing the flowers and decorating the chapel. It was a fun place to be in the whole day just the families, it was like we had that whole castle to ourselves. Then it was time for the rehearsal. Jack was the ring bearer and Grace was one of the flower girls. We needed that rehearsal so that they could go through with it on the actual day. Jack and Grace had each other and think that really helped.
The rest of the night we had some good Brenchley family time at the hotel. Just spending some time with Jake. It was such a hectic and busy trip this is the only time we were able to just chill with each other. It was really nice. We were all sitting on the couch together eating pizza, it felt like old times.
Kate, Jake and Dad then headed to the airport to pick up the men.
Joe Needham (Jake's best man) Griffin and Jason.
