Jack and I wanted to see where Dad spends his days now.
We drove around the hospital and then got on the freeway and kept driving.
We ended up driving right onto the beach. (It was New Smyrna beach, you are allowed to do this)
We whipped out our camera and little tripod and took a picture of our family on the first day of 2012.
We then took a little walk and headed home.
I loved this so much that my goal is to take a family picture every month this year, it will be posted as our blog header and printed out for display in our home. 2012 is the year of the family portraits!
