Christmas 2010

Christmas morning came around 7:30 at our house this year. Jack and Nelly got us up and then it was time to open presents that Santa had left.  The thing Jack was the most excited about before he opened his toys was that Santa had eaten all the cookies, drank all the milk and took his note.  Santa brought Jack some fun toys and a new bike. The bike box was wrapped and so when Jack unwrapped it there was a note from Santa telling Jack that he could not put the bike back in the box after it was built and to check the patio.  His face was so cute when he found it out there. He had to get on it right away.
We took our time opening the rest of the presents and stockings. Had a nice breakfast and then headed over to Nana and Pepi's around lunch. Where Jack opened more presents.
Mater the Greater stunt show. Jackson is really into Mater's tall tales and Disney is getting us to have to collect new cars and sets again. Just when we were almost done collecting the originals.
Mater going through the ring of fire.
Funny side note I got to wear my sunglasses for most of Christmas day. My glass case fell out of my bag the day before at Busch Gardens. But luckily they were turned in and Jason and Ranell went and picked them up for me. We talked to both sets of families via webcam that day and I had to wear my glasses. It was awesome.

There was a big dollhouse left from Santa with a note that is was for the Brenchley, Archer, Balls and Allen grandchildren. It was fun setting it up. Like when we were little.

We had fun the rest of the day watching Jack play with his toys. He was so good and appreciative. We also got to watch a lot of movies and eat good food which is my favorite part.It was sad though because that night was the start of the bad sickness stuff to go through our family. Jason caught the bug that night and it was a sight I have never seen Jason cuddled up at my parents house under the big furry blanket.
